To give you a better understanding of what to expect when you visit, please see below the new aftersales steps in place to ensure your safety.
One person only to enter the building. Please make a note of your mileage before entering.
Please go to the welcome host and sanitise your hands.
Your welcome host will give you a key bag and guide you to the key bagging area.
At the key bagging area, place only your car key in a bag provided with a key tag, noting your registration number and vehicle model.
Please take a seat at a wait station behind the key bagging area.
You will then be called by a service advisor with further instruction.
Only return to the service counter when advised to do so by your service advisor
If you are waiting with us at a designated wait station. WiFi is provided for your comfort. However, we recommend waiting off-site where convenient.
Our team is operating with extreme care to ensure your vehicle is safe to touch and safe to drive. Your vehicle will be cleaned before and after your appointment.
